プラスチック成形機内に残留した、 異物混入や黒点の原因となる炭化物を素早く除去できる洗浄剤です。
希釈レジンと混ぜてシリンダーに充填し、冷却・再加熱をして排出するだけでよく、 無機物を使わず界面活性効果で高い剥離性能を発揮します。
マスターバッチのため、リサイクル材などをベースレジンとして使え、 コスト削減や環境負荷低減につなげることも可能です。

Recyclable Cleans the hot runner mold and ejected Allesklar can be re-used as purging agent. Since Allesklar is master made, ejected resin during purge can be used as the recycle resin. The waste of resin can be reduced remarkably.
No Remains At 130 degree centigrade, Allesklar becomes liquid in the cylinder and ejected completely.
